Because I customize my services based on the customer's needs , I don't have a standard list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview with the potential new customer on the phone or in person in an effort to understand what the customer actually has in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many training courses over the past 15 to 20 years. It is on going because of new technology constantly being introduced to the market.
