- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we look at every project before we price them and we don't have a minimum, simply because we provide FREE estimates and NO TRIP charges, so, we may arrive at a home, find out that's it's something really simple, correct it and just tell the person - thank you for calling on us, tell a friend. We pride ourselves on being fair, period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either before or during our client/home contact, we ask that they write down the things that they would like to address, this just saves everyone time initially. Then we share with them that we are an installer/sales company, so we either pick up or provide them with a product/materials list and when they're ready or all the materials are on-hand, we rock and roll to give them what they're expecting. We don't buy any products - we are only an installer services company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two engineering degrees and as owner/operator for the past 17 years I have personally worked hand and hand on every single project with my crew, or if not by myself. Combined my crew has over 33 years of home improvement and remodeling experience.
