I would have loved to give Ben 5-Stars and he came so close. I had hired Ben to replace my existing 14 year old laminate flooring for ~300 sq. ft. area in my downstairs living and dining room with a new one. Ben's quote was really reasonable and he was very responsive in his communication. Ben had agreed to pickup the baseboards from Lumber Liquidators and he did - but instead of 5 1/4" one he got the 3 1/2 inch one - which was OK, since he adjusted the price for it. My biggest concern was that he was not adequately prepared and did not glue down the transitions since he ran out of caulk. He asked me to glue the transitions down and I eventually did after about a year of it popping up and people tripping over it and by the time I did it, it was a bit deformed. I am sure that this was a oversight on his part, but his overall craftsmanship was really great. The floors really look great and the installation was solid. If only he had finished the small stuff ... I would have given him 5-Stars! Given my experience, I would still highly rate Ben and would ask you to consider him and give him a chance. Cheers!

Ben was excellent. Really knows what he’s doing and did a excellent job on floors. Ben work with us on days we could do the floors and was very flexible on getting them completed. I will send pictures as soon as we get our house put back together. Thank you Ben and team for a great job.

Ben did 1000 square feet of vinyl plank flooring for me. Ben was very punctual and worked quickly. Very minimal waste, which left me with flooring to return. Would definitely recommend Ben to anybody needing flooring work.

I would definitely recommend Ben for any floor job. He did such an excellent job for what I heard and for that I ended up hiring him additionally to do the rest of the flooring in the house because the guestroom an adjoining bath turned out so well. He’s great and easy to work with he’s very cordial and even though he likes to talk to you on the job he doesn’t stop working while he’s talking. All-around a great guy. And I plan on hiring him again for another project in my home

My pricing varies from location from the Central Valley to the bay. Also depending on what trade I am in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and understand exactly what the Customer needs done. Also I try and express my values of getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I also make sure the job site is clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in General construction for last 5 years, and I believe that understanding what the customer wants and needs is very important.I specialize in all types of flooring.
