- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Licensed Instruction School 20 years ago and received my class “B” General Contractors license in work experience and Contract law from the State of California. I also passed the Stanislaus County Lead Base Paint and Abatement course and received my certifications. I also have training in asbestos related issues and abatement. I’m also licensed by the International Association Of Home Inspectors and have extensive training in building science, as related to structural issues, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, water proofing, etc. Over the years though, we recognize that things change and products and methods of home remodeling improve, so along with my staff we continually read and educate ourselves so we can stay up to date on the best products and latest methods with the goal of giving our customers a pleasant, systematic, consistent experience with each job we have the opportunity to perform for them.
