- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate via email or phone to gather details of the customers needs for the event. We are also happy to meet face to face and execute tastings beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Executive Chef Logan Ring has BA in Culinary and hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University, as well as extensive training overseas and in Manhattan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A combination of wanting to branch out and bring traditional hand made BBQ back to the area, while at the same time serving an increasingly food conscious public wholesome foods made from scratch without the shortcuts.
