- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I have all information needed from the client before I continue with providing a proper quote and menu/s. The quote amount is entirely based on the client and their personal needs. I can provide a personal/customized service with an initial consultation and walk-them through an easy step-by-step process in getting to know their needs. This creates an experience that is completely tailored to their needs! I can also provide a standard base service as well. The client selects a "package" and pay that non-adjustable rate. This can be more convenient for a client who's willing to learn whatever they can at the price that is set. It takes most of the decision-making out of the process and goes straight to the services! I am available for either of these initial consultations in person or via phone, text, or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught. I have been a professional experienced chef in high-end and fast paced restaurants for the past 4 years.
