Stephen is a very nice guy, but he didn't pad the refrigerator when he strapped it down, so now there is a rub mark on the front left of it. Had he padded the corner I think it would have been fine. Other than that he did a good job. I hired him from Texas to move one of my sisters from Alabama to Mississippi. I wasn't available for the move. The situation I put him in was difficult, but he handled it well.Mar 3, 2017VerifiedFull Degree Moving & Delivery Services's reply
Thanks for choosing Full Degree. I do apologize for mark you was told about but we never put a strap on refrigerator. The way we pack the trailer a strap wasn't necessary.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is either an hourly rate or an flat rate. Usually long distance moves are flat and all others are hourly and/or hourly whichever is beat for out customers situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We usually talk to our customers to see exactly what they need as far packing, distance of moves, stairs, etc.. Then we discuss pricing that suits best for them not us whether is hourly or flat rated..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Being prior military doing DITY moves and also doing deliveries with only a pick up truck have gave great knowledge of how to do and accomplished any move we come across. This started as a one man company doing everything alone with just a dolly and a pick up you really requires knowledge especially without any help and no scratches.
