Anastasia and I had a series of coaching sessions. It was my first and very anticipated experience and I pretty much liked it. Coaching is about asking your client the right questions and, thus, giving them directions and leading to the conclusions that will help them to reach their goal, to see the situation from different angles. That's exactly how I felt during and after our sessions. I know that alone I wouldn't be able to do it myself. I am the kind of person who likes to analyze things, analyze my own behavior. The sessions made me realize how much I miss in case I have no one to share my thoughts with. What I also liked is that every session had a structure and that during each I received a home task. It's also important to take notes, so that you always can go back and remind yourself the important ideas and conclusions that you made together with your coach. I am grateful to Anastasia for this experience and highly recommend her as a coach.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session is 60-75 minutes long. A price of one session is 40$. 5 sessions package 180$ 10 sessions package 360$
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically work with my clients over the Skype. I offer a 30 minutes complimentary Coaching Session to clarify goals, needs and your preferences. I use this session also to tell more about how I work, what is the process and outcomes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Coach through International Coach Federation and also have a Master's degree in Psychology.
