Introduction: I've been cleaning for 38 years I do Residential houses and apartment clean outs I provide my own cleaning supplies I provide excellent service I also can provide references I have been cleaning residential homes for 38 years I do a deep details cleaning for your homes and I do charge by square footage which will be set at the same price that I come. There is no extra cost for doing refrigerators inside outside pull them out and clean behind them or doing the stove the ovens or pulling them out and clean behind them I do the microwaves overhead ranges, the inside and out of the kitchen cabinets and cupboards inside and out I also clean bathrooms cabinets inside and outside and the bathroom I scrub down completely I also provide my own cleaning supplies the only thing I don't provide is a vacuum cleaner if you need references I can provide them as well I have been a caretaker for the Goldmark apartments and grounds keeper as well sent 2009. I will give my references when I received a call. I do not give out my clients information online for there privacy. My clients are dear too me and I give them there privacy, I do the Moorhead MN area and the Fargo ND area Dilworth MN and Glenwood MN. I do like to set up a interview with my new clients before coming into your home so that you know who is working for you along with knowing what kind of floors you have, what kind of appliances you have so I know what materials to bring with me when I come I do have a vacuum cleaners that I will bring with me. If you don't have one, I bring all my cleaning supplies with me as well you do not need to provide me with cleaning supplies if your Echo friendly I can provide that as well. I like to make my clients needs come first, I also give a discounts to every new clients that you refer me to when I have been hired on which is a 25% off. I do twice a year the outside windows and in side windows but that is the only extra cost that i do charge, Because, I take out all of the screens, clean down inside the window seals and with the sliding patio doors the tracks get clean all windows inside of each of them get clean and the sliding screen. Laundry I do not charge extra after the first four loads of laundry. I Do change out the bedding each time I come will wash and dry them vacuum the beds mattress down underneath the beds and the headboards bed frames get all wiped down that is not a extra cost as well. I do not charge extra to organize closets clean out kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets this is all included on the set price when we meet. I don't charge extra to wash the hard wood floors baseboards moldings ceiling fans light fixtures down by hand. All price is set. I do ask my clients if there is anything they want done extra to please leave me a note with what they want so I can make sure to do it for them. I don't go by hours because each home is different from what my other clients want in there home complete. I don't charge extra for having animals or kids or picking up toys. I treat your home with the best quality that I can. What makes me different. I clean organize I take my time to details and will work with each clients to their needs. I don't just come in dust and vacuum. I do the details of your home. And if it takes me four hours to eight hours I do not charge you a extra fee. Your privacy is important to me so I will not give out your information either. I do deep clean for the apartments clean out and will guarantee you l will get your deposit back as well. What I don't do is steam clean carpets. Will work with you on what you can afford. But I am in the Moorhead area and Fargo area. Will travel to Barnsville MN and Argusville FARGO ND .
