- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I obtain a 6% commission on listings. That 6% is split in several ways and does not all come to me. Other Agents may discount their commission but ask them about their advertising and marketing of your home. Remember, we pay for what we get. I am well worth every penny I earn. You will not be dissatisfied if you hire me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with you and review/explain a personal market analysis of your home. I will advise you on ways to obtain top dollar for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have achieved the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and many REO designations.
