This was a downstairs remodel that began with water damage and we decided to do the whole downstairs looking at this as an opportunity.they were respectful of my needs and time.
We took several bids on the project and a friend let me know about American enterprise San Francisco and so I called them up to get a quote. They showed up on time and were very professional about measuring everything and discussing all my needs they had the estimate back to me in two days and although it wasn't actually the lowest bid it was close and I liked their approach better.
We started the project on time and got through the usual glitches without major issues due to their ability to communicate with me and professional manner. The project actually turned out better than I had imagined due to their suggestions And experience. I have recommended them to other friends since that time and their experience has been good as well.

Success! I needed to remodel a vast amount of a new home I had purchased, but didn't know who to hire that could do the whole project. It was such a huge project that I had too many companies giving me quotes. I wasn't contacted by American Enterprise of SF directly, but someone messaged me about my project with their contact. I really didn't need another quote, but decided to contact them anyways. I needed a perfect match when my entire home needed work.
They were so friendly, professional, and knowledgable over the phone and earnest to see my home in person that I arranged for them to come over the next day. They had so much insight and knew exactly what needed to be done and seemed motivated to give me the best of the best. I could tell they would give me their 110%. One of their major pluses is that they could do the job entirely and I didn't need to hire different companies to work on different areas of what I needed done. It was so easy. They gave me an estimate and time frame I was okay with. I got a couple slightly lower bids, but they also weren't able to do the whole project. They took care of everything. They were so instrumental in transforming a subpar living environment into my dream home. They listened to everything I wanted and gave me much more than I had thought possible with the original condition of the home. They did everything from replacing carpet with hard wood floors, replacing most appliances, repainting every room, opening up the master bedroom, walk in closets, and so much more. I mean my entire home is unrecognizable from its original state. Just incredible. If I had known what they would have done for me before I hired them, I would have offered to pay them more. They were so reasonable and let me know what they were doing every step of the way.
I am just so thrilled that I hired them. I am confident I hired the perfect company!

American Enterprise just completed a major remodel for us. They maintained a high level of professionalism, cleanliness, and communication throughout the duration of the project. A few years ago we remodeled our master bathroom only. We got bids from several contractors and honestly we just went with the lowest bid. We got what we paid for. So this time we took time meeting contractors in person. American Enterprise was not our lowest bid and a few years ago we wouldn't have even bothered discussing with anyone but the lowest bid. Something about them and their knowledge and experience impressed us. Their friendly personalities and excitement for the job also won us over. We could tell they have genuine passion for what they do from before we hired them until the end. Communication was key. We were uneasy with previous experiences with other companies. We were stress free knowing American Enterprise was genuinely working to give us the best and never gave us any reason to doubt their intentions. The finished project is immaculate. I don't think we will be contacting any other company for future projects. No need. Very happy.

My wife and I are thrilled with our newly remodeled master bathroom! Everything was outdated and needed a lot of work. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, but with their help we ended up getting something much better than we had initially envisioned. They were punctual, clean, and more knowledgeable than other companies. We have now hired them to remodel our kitchen and second bathroom. We are also happy they didn't charge us as much as other companies were trying to! Very pleased our neighbors referred them to us.

Very good job. The paint job in the downstairs bedrooms is excellent. They were quick to set up a meeting to go over everything and finished on time and within budget.
