- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case by case basis, however there is a standard template.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to evaluate the business and the goals of the business owner or management. After gaining an understanding of the business and the desired outcomes, I will prepare a timeline and objective milestones. This is the 2nd stage and last approximately 3 months. Lastly, I will conduct a review with the management team to identify our outcomes and discuss any on-going training or services to maintain the achieved goals.

Degree in Organizational Leadership & Communication, senior level management with several Fortune 500 companies over 10+ years.
