Brad and his team did a wonderful job power washing, sanding, and re-staining our 15'x15' deck. Highly recommended. Its important to note: As with all deck staining jobs - to do it properly requires mother nature to cooperate. At least two days of dry weather that is > 50 deg f. Brad and his team abides by this and communicated it well in advance.

Brad did a great job on our deck. He is easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what needed to be done to our deck at this time and discussed options for future maintenance. We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to working with him to maintain our deck because we know it will be done right.

Brad Lanaville at Lanaville Contracting is a thorough professional. Even during the estimate, he walked me through a detailed step-by-step process of how he was going to strip and stain my weathered deck. I felt comfortable with his methods and pricing, so we went forward. Brad started quickly thereafter and kept me in the loop on a daily basis about the progress of the deck. His timeframe was reasonable and the end result was stunningly beautiful. He even smoothed out some of the wood slats so that it would be smooth to the touch. And even washed my windows! Brad thinks of everything and is a very thoughtful, kind man who knows what he's doing. Don't hesitate to use Lanaville Contracting for your decking needs.
