- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept most insurances, and authorize services and submit claims. For clients without insurance, I provide a number of cost effective financial options. I accept most Affordable Care Medicaid plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Social Work. I am Board Certified as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am a Certified Family and Divorce Mediator, with required training to arbitrate domestic violence cases. I am a Court-Appointed Expert on children and families. I am a Court Appointed Child Custody Evaluator. I have 3 lIllinois Licenses within the field. I have an interest in all areas of mental health. I have extensive experience with Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Couples counseling Victims, Self-injury, Suicide Prevention, and others.
