- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard prices though we do have ranges. Please call for the latest pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we do a phone consult to see what type of discussion to frame at the estimate appointment. During the estimate appointment we take time to understand the customer's objectives and put an estimate - or more than one - together that will help our customer meet their objectives. After the customer has had an opportunity to talk to us about their needs and expectations we provide a written estimate good for 60 days.

Over 30 years building fences and over 25 years running businesses or leading different business functions.
