Introduction: My name is Dan and I've been working as a personal trainer for 6 fantastic years. I work with a broad demographic of people. From beginning exercisers looking for help getting started, to athletes looking to improve their performance. I regularly work with people ranging in age from early teens to those in their 80's, all with different abilities and goals in mind.
I believe that while achieving health and fitness goals is hard work, it should also be safe and fun.
I love seeing people reach their fitness goals, and put their good health to the test. Whether it's climbing a mountain, kayaking through the Puget Sound, achieving a fitness personal best, or just building confidence while looking and feeling good. The actual list of satisfying aspects of my job is to long to list:)
