Introduction: My name is Dan and I've been working as a personal trainer for 6 fantastic years. I work with a broad demographic of people. From beginning exercisers looking for help getting started, to athletes looking to improve their performance. I regularly work with people ranging in age from early teens to those in their 80's, all with different abilities and goals in mind. I believe that while achieving health and fitness goals is hard work, it should also be safe and fun. I love seeing people reach their fitness goals, and put their good health to the test. Whether it's climbing a mountain, kayaking through the Puget Sound, achieving a fitness personal best, or just building confidence while looking and feeling good. The actual list of satisfying aspects of my job is to long to list:)

Dan is an excellent trainer. His workouts are tailored to my individual needs and he has an amazing ability to push my limits every time without pushing me so hard that I feel I can't do the workout. His workouts are different every time which is important to me as I tend to get bored quickly. He is very encouraging and I continue to see great results. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

I have had the privilege of working out with Dan for the last 5.5 years. He amazes me as I have had a lot of injuries and he can change up my routine at the drop of a hat and I still work the same muscles. My body has made drastic changes and I know that yours will too!

If you are someone who, due to injuries, have just quit trying to stay fit - don't quit! Go see Dan Allan! He has worked with me, always adjusting the workout, due to my back, or shoulder, or...you name it! As you get more fit you'll be more committed to staying that way. Dan is energetic, positive, and keeps you laughing throughout the workout! Try him - you won't regret it!

Dan is the best! He makes exercise so much fun. Going to workout with him is my favorite part of my week. I am so much stronger than I ever thought I could be, even though I'm in my 50's. I can out push up my kids in their 20's.
