Create a room w/4 walls where there was an open space, remove garden tub, Repsir hole in kitchen ceiling where son put his foot through ceiling & install storage cabinets in garage. some of the employees were learning on the job & needed closer supervision which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Property Services has performed multiple jobs for us at 3 different locations. They can do just about anything you need whether you are a homeowner or own rental property. Reliable and reasonably priced. They can be your "go to" company for most anything.

I originally went searching for a person to do electrical work for a home that I was closing on. I went to thumbtack in search of a company I could trust. I read the reviews for Property Services and decided to reach out to them. I immediately got a response and was put on the schedule, by Jody, for weeks in advance. I had emailed her several times throughout the weeks regarding the different services I may or may not need. She was extremely prompt and super nice in responding to my every need/want. I truly cannot believe the service that she provided to me for weeks on end. Thanks Jody! From the moment they showed up to the moment they finished, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I originally hired them for electrical work, but soon realized their pricing, professionalism, and all around outstanding attitude was something I wanted to have back at my home to work on a whole bunch of other things I needed done. TJ, the master electrician and owner is the best thing since sliced bread! He is straightforward about pricing, super knowledgeable about every little thing to do with a house, and he is sharp as a knife. It felt amazing to have such honest, genuine, and knowledgeable people over my house to help me with things I couldn't do myself. Not only have I found a great company to continue to help me with my home projects, but I have found great people in the Murfreesboro area. They made my whole entire week.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on if we need to do a quote or not we often meet with the customer at the home to discuss what all needs to be done. Once the price and project is agreed upon we typically request 1/2 of the cost of the project up front and then the remainder upon completion of the project. Once the deposit is paid the project is scheduled and started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On staff we have a Licensed Master Electrician and several guys with 15+ years of experience in home repairs
