- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. however, without a visual quote of the property the quote may need to be lowered or raised based on the exact measurements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer's contact myself or my well-trained team interested in a wooden fence. I quote out a price. when they agree I come out to your residence and do some measuring and give a visual quote of the property and after payment the job will be completed. With the exception of weather and etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When a good friend of mine now. He had been a contractor for the past 24 years taught me all of his experience the last 5 years. He retired last week and I'm off to continue his work.
