- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on a case by case basis due to return on investment for my clients. For example, if a client needs a project that will be globally used or will have the potential to make the a high profit margin then I charge more. If I have a one time use project like an event flyer, this will be done at a lower rate. I also take into consideration my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial phone consult and then meet up if necessary or convenient where I bring my laptop and get a feel for ideas on design projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and served in the Logistics, Administrative fields before retiring from the Army.
