- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That all fees are a flat hourly rate so there will be no confusion on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not taking a cookie cutter approach. Knowing that each customer is different and has different needs that are only unique to themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my background is in Human Resources with a large amount of counseling and group facilitations as well as I am a licensed and ordained Minister.
