FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is standard as far as basic services go, but customizable options are always available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many many many certs, to say the least plus college. There's always new things to learn and I am always trying to learn for not only myself, but to better serve my clientele.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started getting into this work because of my brothers and their love of working our. My eldest brother competed in a bodybuilding show and I was fascinated with with science behind it. My passion grew when I had an incident where I injured my back. (Outside of the gym). This incident forced me to go really look within myself and find other ways of exercise to cope with the mental stressors and modified workouts to improve my mobility and overall sense of well-being. I believe that this is where my journey began. I feel it is important to me to know as many facets and aspects of fitness and nutrition as possible to not only make myself a better trainer, but to better empathize and relate to my clients so I can be someone my clients can feel comfortable with.
