FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to customize any package to fit any size budget. Don't be afraid to ask. There are many ways I can customize something for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first speak with couples to determine what their needs are. Customize a package based on their needs. Once they have decided to book I will email them out a contract, and deposit invoice to be paid online or mail a check. Deposit is $200 to book and final payment is due by the event day. Preferable before, but due to scheduling on events I am ok with final payment being the day of. I also can set up installment payments if needed. About a week prior I will reach out to the couple and ask for any updates and a timeline, if there are any special details or surprises I need to catch. For instance the brides mother wanted to surprise her with a Bag Pipe Player after the ceremony. I raced to make sure I caught that shot. I will remain in the background during the duration of the wedding and Reception. I may only ask for a few shots during the photo session time. the rest I let happen naturally. Since every wedding is unique I look for anything and everything I can do to make it special to the couple. Afterwards I need Apx. 90-120 days to complete. It's a creative process and every artist needs a little time to pull everything together seamlessly. Then I will email the link to your video and finally if a DVD is requested ship out the DVD(s).
