- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing details for events, real estate and lifestyle photography can be found on my website. Wedding photography is different and will be customized to each couple's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are so special to me because they have trusted me with a very important task. Photography is personal and that is a matter I take very seriously. I like to get to know my new customers and really figure out what their needs are. This can be done many ways, but if an in person opportunity presents itself I prefer that. Weddings, events, real estate listings and lifestyle shoots will be different for every single customer and it is important to know what is important to each of those people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught photographer with several years of experience. I opened the company officially this year, but have been doing it part time professionally for 3 years. Before that I cannot remember a time in my life that I did not have a camera in my hand. There are pictures of me at the San Diego Zoo when I was 4 or 5 with a little point and shoot film camera in my hand. It is my passion and has been for many years.
