We hired them to build a 12x16 deck made of Trex. The material is ordered through HD, and their shipment is slow sometimes. Once the material arrived, they worked very fast. The deck looks really great.
There are a few things that could have been done better. The hand rails for the stairs is not done right causing the bars to fall off all the time. The stairs only have hand rails on one side which makes it look a little funny. Three of the concrete posts under the deck is off-centered inside the tube form, which might be okay. The drywall patching should have been taped and then textured instead of no-tape and spray on texture.
We are impressed by their speedy work. However, one can only choose two from three for speed, quality and price. When it is good speed and price, the quality of work might suffer.

I needed a handyman to do some finishing work after we terminated a painter. Simon was able to get everything I needed done like hanging doors, putting on door handles, hanging closet doors, etc. I will definitely use him again.

Simon did a great job on installing my pet door. He came right when he said he would and worked very quickly to install the door for me. While he was here I mentioned that I had some siding damage and he gave me a quote on how much it would take to replace the damaged section. I liked how good of a job he did on the door that I hired him for the siding as well. He did a great job on the siding as well!

He put together a trampoline for me while I was out of town. When I got back it was put together, the boxes were stacked neatly and it was in perfect condition. This was a 15' trampoline (above ground) with safety netting. Used Google Wallet so it was easy to pay too!

Simon rearranged his schedule to accommodate my needs, and did an excellent job all the way around. He even came back the next day to remedy some design flaws at no extra charge, even though the flaws were intrinsic to the kit and not as a result of his work. Fast, hard worker, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for any project!
