Madi is an outstanding trainer. She is the perfect combination of teacher and motivator. She starts with teaching you functional movements to ensure that you do not injure yourself. Once you have mastered the movements the fun begins. Madi works on you as a whole person...mentally, emotionally, and physically. Madi's knowledge, experience, and ability to motivate others combined with her fun personality always leaves her clients wanting to work hard for her.
