David provided the food for my wedding. From start to finish his culinary expertise and attention to detail went beyond my expectations. My family and guests were so impressed! Even my mother who maintains a gluten free diet was delighted. Portions were ample and each course was beautiful. In fact it was the best food I've experienced in Idaho. I will certainly be contacting him again for future dinner parties and would recommend him highly to anyone.
