Eddie is very friendly easy going and a likable guy that is why I choose to go with him. The problem is I paid him before it was done completely (my fault). As soon as business picked up he never came back to finish the job. I called him repeatedly he would not return my calls if I text him he said he would call back or come over and never did. Three months has gone by and hasnt finished filling in the concrete along the edge. The concrete looks as if its going to crumble along the edge. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend.That was not the case I had another bid lower who could get it done, thats not the point the point is you and I both know that you told me you would do it and didnt follow through. I can screen shot the many text that we had if you would like where you told me you would be at the house and never showed up. Eddie your a good dude and a hard worker but you didnt follow through on your word. I wish you nothing but the best in life and with your business.Update: one year later and my patio already has a large crack through it.

Sorry to hear that Jeff, you chose Concrete Solutions not because I was likable or the cheapest. You solely chose me because I was the only one who could get it done that week in time for your sons birthday party. We showed up as per schedule to pour, 15 minutes before placement you told me you did not have your permit signed off. We could not cancel concrete so we blocked out the footings to avoid paying for concrete. I went out of my way without compensation to pour the footings, paid for concrete twice, labor twice, and had to rent the stamps twice. The contract clearly states 10% at beginning of job, (which you paid). The remainder when the job was done and customer was satisfied. You put the remainder directly in my hand when the main pad was done not the footings, but I did complete the footings when you got your permit signed off. Everything went sour after we completed footings and the Neighbors kid ran through the footing. I told you I was already on another pour and couldn't come back. We have done everything according to the contract, anything outside of that we will need to be compensated for, and will gladly do it for you.

I called 5 contractors & no one responded back to me, but Lui & his crew. He came in the next day to give me a quote & his crew started that weekend. They did an outstanding job! Im very happy with my concrete Ive already recommended them to family and friends

Eddie and his crew did a wonderful job on my backyard concrete. He went above and beyond our expectations. They have impeccable attention to detail and worked with our schedule. They were all so nice, I hated to see them leave when the job was done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to all our senior, military and veteran customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to proceeding work, customer and contractor will agree on all aspects of the project and sign a contract. This will benefit both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main goal is the safety of our workers and customers. All of our personal have a minimum 10 hour OSHA training. Every job site is different and poses different hazards, it is our duty to mitigate all hazards. All of our concrete team members also poses an American Concrete Institute "concrete technician/concrete finisher" certifacation.
