we offer a full referral program to ensure that we can help more people experience the difference and value that fantasy is all about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we typically go through a multi step process. doing a over the phone or email request and an on site or virtual inspection of site. for commercial accounts we do require payment up front or a post dated check or payment ach. on residential accounts we take payment after due to the size of the job. residential clients currently only have address painting service for curb painting or mail box painting. commercial accounts are striping and lot design.
