What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard rate is $35/hr. For revisions or additional services required to bring the project to completion, the rate drops to $25/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work closely with the client, particularly a new or prospective author, by meeting in person with them or working via Skype or email ... whatever the customer prefers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied English at Duke University, graduating with honors in 1985. I have post-graduate degrees from Columbia University in New York (international communications) and Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia (Bible and biblical studies).
