I am so pleased with Xcellent Cleaning, Inc. From the walk through with Jiri to the extensive deep cleaning today, every thing has been superior. I have now hired them to clean every other week! I also hired them to wash our windows, inside and out, tomorrow. I'm thinking of carpet cleaning too. Thank you Thumbtack and Xcellent Cleaning for a wonderful experience.

I have this service out once a month and they are wonderful! The house looks fantastic when I come home, they always call to follow up and are very responsive. They even bring the cleaning supplies. I am thrilled with this place and will continue to happily give them my money.

The girls were lovely and arrived on time, but talk about disappointing! I had requested DEEP cleaning, as we are just back from a winter in Florida. I'd say 'surface cleaning' would be a generous descriptor of the service received. Nothing was moved, so dusting occurred around everything. Floors we washed by using a damp rag on the end of a swifter. Furniture polish was smeared on all the wooden surfaces. When Jiri called the following day to check on the service and to discuss a return visit, I told him of my disappointment. His response was, 'Oh, OK.' That's it? No apology or attempt to retain my business. There are so many options out there....don't waste your time with Xcellent Cleaning.
