FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
See my website for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't want my dentist looking into my mouth and saying "I'm going to drill somewhere each week and when you cone back we'll see if it helped." No! I want him to help me feel comfortable, ask me intelligent questions about what's wrong, besides not being pain, what sort of teeth I want, what my dental hygiene habits are access my motivation for change - then give me feedback about the "state of my teeth" and give me a practical, realistic,,solution-oriented road map to reach my goals. Ii'd want to know how long it will take to reach my goals, how much it will cost and what I and others will responsible for along the way and I'd love to hear there's a plan to keep me interested and motivated along the path ... I'd also expect this "plan" is based on science, that's there's evidence it works. More than 75% of providers whom advertise as helping marriages and couples are NOT even licensed marriage and marriage therapists ( LMFT's). The percentage of LMFT's whom use only evidence based approaches reduces the percentage of licensed / credentialed providers educated and well trained in approaches proven to actually help couples resolve differences and restore their marriage to health extremely low. We begin with the Couples Basecamp Evaluation and Roadmap & Recommendations for Change. This is a four part process including: a 90 minute session with both partners; a one hour session with eacb partner; a 480 question comprehensive couples assessment taken online over a HIPPA secure network; I'll review over 70 pages of information from the assessment and prepare a summary of all that's been shared in the form of feedback and recommendations to meet your relationship goals.
