They were on time, explained the cost per the quote, explained potential options to keep mold away (such as leave shower doors opens for better air movement, leave closets that have air vents in them to be slightly open to keep air flow moving, explained how the air exchanges work here and we discussed different types of filters, etc. Jeff and his team were easy to work with and very professional. I appreciated Jeff's time in explaining how systems work here and the mold issues and how to reduce the odds of a likely occurrence of this. This is only a 10 year old house that by outward appearances was very clean, but the previous owners and renters must have not been using filters as the air ducts were filthy. I caught this when I was removing them to clean while painting the ceilings.

On short notice, Jeff was able to fit me into his schedule to clean all the carpets and grout throughout my home. They now look wonderful and I would highly recommend his company to all! I will definitely call him to come over again when it's time for the next cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many services including carpet, tile and grout, ac cleaning and dryer vent cleaning to mention a few, all services are either billed by the room or square footage. AC cleaning is billed by the number of vents. We offer free consults on every job because no two jobs are the same. This saves our clients from getting one price then being billed another after job completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to work around our clients busy schedules. Our equipment is always up to date with the newest technology and our techs are longtime employees with years of experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the carpet industry for 32 years and cleaning in Naples and Ft Myers area for 25 years.
