- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions are 1 hour long. $50 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the first session with new clients I typically go over their health history, and find exactly what type of goals they are looking to accomplish. I find body fat % and also perform a few static and dynamic postural assessments (this usually takes 20-30 min). Then I proceed to a light full body workout to get the client ready for more intense workouts for our future together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.S. in Sports Medicine & Fitness Technology. I completed a 360 hour internship following a master trainer at a corporate gym, assisting in training boot camp and aerobics classes. I have been personal training for over 5 years now. Also, I have been lifting weights in the gym since I was 18 years old (2008).
