- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $ 40 for the first session. After that, I work a program to fit your budget. We all deserve to be fit and healthy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to know what are the clients concern. What have they tried before, what has worked and hasn't. After that first introduction, I ask about their limitations, health issues, if any, and last doctor's check up. After that we can continue with their personal food preferences and daily physical activities. Then we proceed with listening to their goals, and fill out their personal profile form. As a result, I get a unique program based on all the information given by the client and start working on it right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a trainer for over 10 years, I have worked for our local YMCA and then I opened my own facility and trained there for three years. Now, I found a more personal way of helping people to reach their goals. And I enjoy working on a more personal level.
