- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers request the service, we schedule it as soon as possible to meet with you if you desire. If not we determine the date the works for both of us and we show up on time. The cleaning crew arrives and does a walkthrough with you if one wasn't done when setting the appointment and then the crew begins the work. We do the service right the first time and stay on the job until you have inspected the job results and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
They don't teach a great cleaning at any university. if they did, we have a PhD in house cleaning. Aside from that, I am a former U.S.Marine and while in the Marine Corps, we learn to keep old buildings looking like a million dollars. I use the "white glove" philosophy when it comes to attacking dust. Over 20 years of cleaning have helped us hone our skills and effectiveness.
