- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined after an initial consultation with the homeowner and a walk-thru of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we discuss with our potential clients what their goals are, the scope of the job, anticipated budget, start and completion date. Upon a walk-thru and inspection of their home, we determine what prep work is to be required to determine how to best meet our clients' visions. Most clients require assistance with paint color selection and my girlfriend just happens to be a very well-known interior designer right here in Naples.
