- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my packages include digital files that can be downloaded, a print release, as well as the session. Discs can be purchased and advanced retouching is also an option. I customize packages for all of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers often reach out via email to inquire about my prices after seeing my work online. I answer any questions that they have after we discuss their needs/wishes for their shoot. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold their date. A back up date is also selected during times of the year that rain could be a possibility. After the session, I upload their images within 2-5 days for them to view and download from a private gallery. The customer can then decide on advanced retouching that they may want done to selected images.
