- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of project. Typically the discounts are given for recurring work. The discounts are based on a sliding scale of the recurring nature of the work. Weekly cleaning gets the most discount and monthly get the least. Our discounts are the most during the spring and summer when customers would prefer doing spring cleaning and summer projects. The pricing also varies depending on the size of the home. We provide discounts for large projects if there is a possibility of recurring work after the project is completed. There are no additional fees for any of our work. The prices quotes are fixed most of the time unless there is not enough information for the project itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with getting the customer's project information over the phone / email/ text. Then we set up an appointment to visit our customer's home to provide a free consultation and estimate. The customer is then provided a written quote with the list of services and best price we can offer for those services. If the customer accepts the offer, we proceed to schedule an appointment with the customer at a time that is convenient with the customer. We send a reminder email/ phone 24 hours prior to the appointment to confirm our visit. The cleaning crew visits the customers on the scheduled day and time to complete the cleaning work Normally the whole process takes a day or two from start to finish. We work around customer's busy schedule to get the work done. We requests our customers to let us know 24 hours in advance if there are any changes to the schedule. We try to accommodate last minute changes whenever possible. As more and more customers request services online via a service like thumbtack, the process of working with a customer is changing. We usually work with the customers online to get the information via email/text before we provide the quote. We try to give each customer the best possible value for their cleaning requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning crew are experienced and knowledgeable about the cleaning products we use. This gives the customer a better idea of the options available for them when requesting a cleaning service.
