- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That there's something about me that I love to give the best possible deal hands down , because I work my butt off always finding many ways of attracting new customers as well as retaining current ones , I am not looking to make a small fortune on any one customer, by the simple law of doing large volumes it keeps my buying power strong plus I'm carefull at maintaining low overheads which helps me greatly deliver Amazing Quality products & service at the lowest possible price anywhere in South Florida
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to measure and estimate the areas that need our products , always done absolutely free , We have an extensive website and beautifully showrooms you can visit to view these products if you prefer or we can bring samples to you , we will generally give you the price on this visit and then give you a proposed install date if you would like to proceed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year apprenticeship in flooring, numerous furthet education classes , tonnes of the latest new cutting edge product tradeshows and seminars hen a further 30 years in the field
