FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I charge 50.00 per contact hour. There is preparation and follow up at no charge. Frequently when I see an appropriate job or article I'll send it along. If I am editing and rewriting a resume or promotional material the same hourly rate applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can complete an intake interview over the phone to set up goals and establish a schedule. I will suggest a banquet of ideas and send the client a copy which may include a plan to implement the desired outcomes. The client may approve or reject my recommendation and when an agreement is reached we begin.
