Scheduling was pretty easy, I booked online. Was a bit nervous, expecting a mess. They were timely, very clean, took their time when discussing their recommendations with us. I'd definitely use this company again and recommend to everyone with a fireplace. ;-)

I was on a deadline and weather was not cooperating. They gave me their word that they'd get it done on time... it meant coming out on Memorial Day to fix the problem, which they did bright and early. Nice people and honored their word. Pleased with the work, very professional - Thanks!

We recently bought a home that needed extensive repair work on the chimney. NFC's quote was very reasonable and the work was promptly scheduled. Jermaine did a wonderful job on the repairs, was very friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. We would absolutely use this company again!
