- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our quotes, contracts, and questionnaire information is all done online electronically. We don't ask any clients to print, scan, or return any paper work. Upon a verbal price agreement your quote will be sent by e-mail for you to electronically approve and e-sign your event contract. Then a follow-up online questionnaire will arrive by e-mail in order to get specific event and card design information. After those are complete you're finished! It's that simple!

First are they insured? Next, what is their experience? Will they be prepared to address any issues which may arise both technically and logistically? We have both professional photographers and computer technicians on our staff working together to provide the best photo booth experience possible.
