- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I like to meet new customers In person a day or two prior to me caring for their pets . Visiting prior with the client and the pet allows for everyone to become a bit familiarized with one another. During that visit the customer will get to walk me through their desired routine when it comes to caring for their fur baby. It will also allow the pet (s) to meet me so as to ease them into the time I will be caring for them. If a meeting prior is not needed, that is also okay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a veterinary assistant for 6 years. The first three years as a vet assistant I worked a clinic that also functions as a boarding center in Texas. I have cared for many dogs and cats, from puppies/kittens to geriatrics. I have also cared for special needs patient with medical conditions such as diabetes. My love for animals pushes me to go above and beyond to ensure every pet is well taken care of, every time.
