- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in Conexion Americas going to the business entrepreneur center classes, I went to pathway business organization, went to the health department, certificates in handle different types of food.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My friends started to ask me about the food that I cooked, all the time they wanted to come to my place just to eat at least a bite of it. They proposed me if I cooked for them, they will pay for my home-cook meals. That's how I decided to make it formal and starting this beautiful adventure.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporations, non profit organizations and different types of businesses.
