I don't believe in charging people an arm and a leg, so my prices will never go higher than $50 a week. I advocate slow progressions on everything, which helps your body adapt without injury. . I enjoy teaching people how to train and eat so that they become completely independent of me. I am all about what you can take outside of the gym and follow for the rest of your life instead of being dependent on a trainer.
I enjoy seeing the looks on peoples faces when they start achieving goals. Every time someone has come to me and said my family, friends, classmates, etc noticed my weight loss I can't help but smile and relish on having such an impactful profession
