FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize quotes based on each job depending on the required travel and the hours of work. If you don't see what you're looking for in my customized quote, don't hesitate to ask because nothing is set in stone and I'm always happy to try to work out a deal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a quote based on any info that a client has provided, such as location and hours needed. Then from there I discuss the package options with the client and once e've decided which one best fits their needs, I request that the client fill out a brief online form with information for the contract. Once i have the information to customize the contract for the client, I send the contract for them to sign and return to me with the deposit. After this step (For all shoots except weddings) I'll show up at the location at the time specified on the contract and get to work shooting! For a wedding or big event, I send a questionnaire to the bride 6 weeks before the wedding day so that i can create a shooting timeline for the wedding day so that I stay on track throughout the day and don't miss a shot! I discuss the timeline with the bride and finalize it to perfectly of along with her vision of the day. Finally, I show up on the big day and shoot my heart out to capture the wedding!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been shooting photos professionally for about 7 years now. I took several photography/media classes on college and have worked worked as the fashion photographer for a retail chain for several years where I did many fashion shoots with models and well as product photography. I then branched out on my own to pursue other types of photography outside of fashion. I've also worked for commercial photographers in the past. I learned videography about 2 years ago from several mentors and have taken other courses to hone my skills.
