Introduction: Since our beginning as a competition BBQ Team, Paradise Ridge has come a long way. We’ve traveled thousands of miles both competing and selling our products to the masses. We’ve won 2 World Championships. We’ve been named TN State Champion 4 times for BBQ and 4 times for dessert. We’ve won numerous other State Championships and hundreds of awards. We’ve been named “National Caterer of the Year” by the National BBQ News. We won the “Non-European” division of the European BBQ Championship in Spiez, Switzerland. We take great pride in our southern roots. The name Paradise Ridge is actually a place in northwest Tennessee near Joelton where we learned to cook.

Paradise Ridge always does an excellent job creating meals for all sorts of occasions. From weddings to tailgates, the food is perfect for the occasion and the service makes these various events a breeze. Paradis Ridge provides great service. They provide everything from simple delivery to casual and fine dining services, determined by the venue and customer's preference. Although there is a great variety of items to choose from off of the menu, Charlie makes sure the customer get exactly what he/she wants when ordering, regardless if it is on the menu or not. The personalization of menu options lets customers personalize their menu to fit their needs. Paradise Ridge goes out of their way to make sure every single customer is satisfied. From down home, southern-style meals, and award-winning barbecue to true Americana, all of the meals created by Paradise Ridge are delicious!

Paradise Ridge Catering is the best. I use them to cater meetings and eat their lunches offered weekly on the Nashville State Community College campus. They are easy to work with and the food is fabulous.

All Weddings are unique and rest assured you will have our full attention. Our Wedding Packages start at $15.95 and include: •1 entree, 2 sides, bread, tea/lemonade/water • Delivery, Setup, & Removal of the buffet • Clear Plastic Plates & Cutlery • Black Linens for serving table • Clearing tables of finished plates
