- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing guide on our website and on our displays at the garden center. Our service calls and consultations start at $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for pictures or video of the space or existing water feature. We grab a quick call to talk about wants and needs. We talk about budget, who all is involved in the decision making process, consultation pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the business since 1996 and I’m a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor.
