Cayce Brasel

Introduction: Cayce Brasel is a ray of light when she walks in a room. She has the ability to always find the silver lining and the lesson in every situation. She's been a team leader for the grand majority of her life, as a college cheerleader and two time world champion with Team USA cheer, she has experienced what it takes to overcome adversity and developed leadership qualities that she now teaches to others. She has also been an independent business owner for over 5 years where she leads a team of individuals to dream bigger while making an impact on the health and wellness of our world. She's been mentored by world renowned leadership and personal growth experts, so she has developed an abundance of wisdom to provide to her clients. I believe there's no better skill to attain in life than emotional intelligence and stability. So I take pride in my ability to help others understand how to be in control of their emotions and lead a positive, happier life, despite their circumstances. I enjoy what I do because I chase an environment that forces me to become a better dreamer, doer, and leader. It is my mission to be a spark of excitement and hope that creates self confidence in others to believe that they, too, were created to make a difference.
