- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly transparent, and I will never nickel and dime a customer if we go over an allotted amount of time or they need to follow up with additional questions. If I have to travel significantly for the job, I may ask you to include a reasonable surcharge to cover gas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and have previously worked in operations for a financial firm and a social enterprise organization. I worked in recruiting where I drafted resumes daily for a wide variety of professions, and I currently work as a career coach for a local nonprofit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with quite a variety of individuals - from accountants to nurses to students to food service professionals, and many specialties in between.
